Write your post then select Preview, then go to Postimage select your photo, copy direct link, then paste into the symbol that look like a blue TV screen, as per photo above

Cheers. Yeah I did that. Have uploaded the image to a hosting site but for some reason I couldn't get the code right and it kept just coming up with the placeholder.
