The lack of long term strategy at this club is what has frustrated me for years. Strategy is what you say above, its not just signing a young left back. All we ever seem to do is react to the current situation.
I think Ross Wilson was trying, before him Murphy I think was trying to build a vision rather than a short term fix. Its what Edu should be doing but Im far from convinced about him.

Slightly worried we’ve not decided so far to send anyone else out on loan, they’re doing very well as a team so far but we’ve normally done well in getting them in and around lower league first team football in the past
