Please don’t turn this into vital forest, the endless pages of bickering, points scoring and talking at cross purposes has destroyed that site. COYR is a revelation precisely because that nonsense doesn’t happen here.

I have not felt the need to jump in and warn anyone. There has been some good debate between NG3 and Wassy. OK, they are not seeing eye to eye but there is no swearing or name calling. No need to make comparisons with Vital, the two forums are a million miles apart and that is how it will stay.

NG3 and Wassy, fill your boots, agree to disagree but respect eachother and stay ON topic.

Apologies, it probably wasn’t my place to comment. Just saw the similarities and feared the worst.

Just a bit of 'forum handbags' nothing too serious.

If people start talking about Fishcakes or Squirrels then serious action will be taken!!

U23’s at the Academy this afternoon anyone?
Interested to see starting X1 - may give a clue to West Brom squad ( ie will Pelé be given game time, when will Bridcutt be given some minutes etc ).

Reds Under-23s v Sheffield United, Pele, Bridcutt, Ward and Appiah all start, this afternoon.

Ward? I thought he'd gone.

Wishful thinking.

Ward is an O’Neill type. I actually admire him for that performance against Ipswich in our hour of need. Not his fault he was given a long contract. He does need to leave for his own good though. He’d be good at a club battling to stay in a league and surprised Ipswich, Rotherham and the like never came in for him. He’d also be ideal at Notts right now!

Forest leading 1-0, Bridcutt the scorer.

spoke to Wardy recently he is keen to fight for a place under o'neill. Whether he will be successful i suspect probably not!!

Agree though he was a key factor to us beating ipswich and therefore staying in the league

To be fair to Ward he did have a few really good games under Warburton in the season we stayed up on the last day.

Some have already mentioned Ipswich.

I can also remember against Huddersfield at home he was absolutely brilliant.

Back on track. That is a decent midfield that our under 23's have put out today, Pele, Bridcutt, Appiah and Ward.
