I don't think we'll get relegated for what it's worth. Though it does make it a bit risky if we bring in a new coach/manager, he doesn't have much room for error.

The downside is though if he keeps putting forward the same starting 11 with the same tactics...more often than not you're going to get the same results. So if he doesn't start making changes soon then it will bite us in the arse

Not sure what has convinced you of that. We were lucky last season and we've got a worse team this season.

I love Taylor's effort but no comparison to Toney, shame we didn't sign both

I would have been extremely happy if we'd received a good bid for Grabban and brought in Toney & Taylor, but anyway, can only look to the future.

Fortunately we have Wednesday next and they're having an absolute mare too. 1 win in 13. Winning that could buy him some space. The bottom few are all having a wretched time.

this is the big problem now, should of seen this a few games ago, i think today was the first time he actually bolstered the attack quite signficantly and quite early in the game, even so players are getting very tired chasing games, picking up knocks, cards and getting bans, winning sides are able to slow it down, take off key players and give other players a chance and confidence, we are in a cycle of ever decreasing circles

RE: Nottingham Forest - Brentford - Liars Bar - 12-12-2020

I listened to Andy Reid on Si Ferry’s podcast, he had nothing but great words for Billy Davies. As do many former players.
Desperate times and all that, let’s bring him home.
Get Cohen back too while we are at it. Reid and Cohen as joint managers but the little Scottish guy pulling the strings in the background.
He’s not allowed to talk to the press. Or the owners. Or anybody for that matter apart the players.
I can’t see this not working.
Henri first signing in Jan.
Shall I go to bed or have another Jaipur?

RE: Nottingham Forest - Brentford - Salvatore Matrecano - 12-12-2020

If its any comfort Paul Merson thinks we look pretty decent and should have enough to stay up.

Has he fell of the wagon?

We need someone eor something to lift spirits for sure but I dont think changing managers solves anything.

As for Davies I get the sentiment but really?! Anyway from the last interview with him I read he sadly has clear signs of mental health problems and Im being serious about that.

Seriously? What interview was that? I’m not surprised though, sadly.

No, he's notoriously bad at predictions!

There was one with DT last year I think. Was really gratuitous I was uncomfortable reading it. The bloke has obvious paranoia and delusions, way beyond just being a bit odd.
