So does figs directly replace cook as the man who stays back? Can’t even remember what he’s like running with the ball at his feet, though I suppose even cook advanced into the opposition half at times.

Yates has really found his scoring boots recently and it would be a shame to see him moved into defence in place of Cook, he's become a real attacking threat.

Terrible. Compounded by the fact that he appears to believe that he is actually really good at bringing it out. He is actually decent at "head it and kick it" defending (that nightmare period at start of last 2 seasons aside....).

Oh dear if Zico is saying he's terrible that must mean he's even worse than that! Let's hope he's not allowed to bring it out much

I have no problem at all with Figs stepping up. Those with good memories will recall that I was against him being sold in the last window.
I don't really care how he has performed previously. He's not really had his chance yet in this team and with this manager.
