RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 25-09-2022 Gotta be 4-2-3-1 surely. I see that Freuler was outstanding for Switzerland in Spain last night. Thats good to see, shows he hasnt suddenly lost his ability. He clearly has to be a decent player from his past experience but he was a complete waste of a shirt in his 60 mins. vs Fulham RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - Salvatore Matrecano - 25-09-2022 (25-09-2022, 01:59 AM)JWJW Wrote: We have looked like a Championship team all season. We have not performed like a PL side at all. Agree with that about the season so far. Think we were worth a point against Bournemouth when we got none but thats it. People didnt want to hear that we were poor in those first few games too. I would try a formation change too but I worry there a re problems all over, ball isnt held up front, defence looks weak and disjointed, that wont change with an extra man in midfield. It really is down to Cooper to get the best out of this team. We are weak on paper even if everyone is playing to the best of their ability, when they arent and are making mistakes too we have a problem. I think we were good for a point against Everton and arguably vs Spurs too RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 27-09-2022 If the following are all fit and available then I want to see this: 4-2-3-1 Henderson Aurier Worrall Niakhate Lodi Mangala Freuler Johnson Lingard MGW Awoniyi RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - tugger2018 - 27-09-2022 Good team sniffer maybe harsh on obrien and Williams but needs must I guess RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - Salvatore Matrecano - 27-09-2022 (27-09-2022, 07:40 AM)Sniffer Dog (Admin) Wrote: If the following are all fit and available then I want to see this: Going purely on what those players have achieved career to date I agree that on paper that looks our strongest team. Reality I think that midfield gets completely muscled out and overrrun. He would be injured again for another 6 weeks. Wondering if Mangala has had more of a set back as he wasn’t training last week. If we play 4 at the back then for me it is Henderson Aurier Worrall Bade Lodi Freuler Mangala LOB MGW Johnson Awoniyi RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 27-09-2022 (27-09-2022, 09:14 AM)Reds73 Wrote:(27-09-2022, 07:40 AM)Sniffer Dog (Admin) Wrote: If the following are all fit and available then I want to see this: That is why I said if everyone is fit and available. RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - JollyLolly - 27-09-2022 Reds73 has picked exactly the same side that I would based on current form, tactics, formation change and injuries, will SC think likewise? RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - JWJW - 27-09-2022 Henderson Williams Boly Bade Lodi Freuler Kouyate LOB MGW Dennis Awoniyi RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - wassy04 - 27-09-2022 (27-09-2022, 09:01 AM)Salvatore Matrecano Wrote:(27-09-2022, 07:40 AM)Sniffer Dog (Admin) Wrote: If the following are all fit and available then I want to see this: Agreed, except I'm not sure what Aurier has done in his career to date to merit starting over Neco. A career backup predominately, who was released by his previously club and unable to find another club until after the deadline. If nothing else the guys has barely kicked a ball for the last 6 months so he'll be coming in cold aka Boly, Freuler etc in the last few games, he'll struggle. He was massively error strewn at Spurs, I obviously haven't followed his career since then. Otherwise I think probably the best team, guessing O'Brien will start given Mangala just coming back from injury. |
