McKenna did well Saturday but Figs has been good of late too. Proper decision for the manager to make and one player is going to be peeved.
Bong over Ribeiro? Could happen as Ribs had a poor last game but was he poor enough to be dropped?
Taylor? Apart from his goal which was excellent, did he do anything else on Saturday? Not for me. Grabban will always be first pick.
Lolley has been poor for a while now and IMO showing the kind of form that persuaded Huddersfield to sell him. He really does need to get his mojo back or it might be curtains for him here too. His wage packet cant be too shabby.

I will try to expalin what was behind my thinking Pap.
Mckenna over Figs. That's an easy one in my eyes, they are probably our 2 best players (Worrall - Mckenna) and with one being left footed and the other right footed it's a no brainer.
Bong over Ribeiro. I thought Bong was very good on Saturday and I thought Ribeiro was absolute crap at Preston, I think Bong deserves a run in the team, Ribeiro has done nothing to make him undroppable.
Taylor over Grabban. Taylor now has 5 goals to his name this season and he scored again on Saturday, goals breed confidence, I would let him keep the shirt.
Lolley over Ameobi. We need to play Lolley to get him back to his best, give him a run of games instead of a few minutes here and there. Ameobi has been poor recently in my opinion and I haven't forgotten Steve Hodge's comments about him yet.
Like I said it's my team not the team I think CH will pick.
I agree with all but Bong. He stands off too much from the wide player in comparison to Ribs. Plus Ribs had one stinker with delivery v PNE, but is usually better.
The wide attackers is interesting as none of the 4 senior choices (Lolley, Ameobi, Freeman- who it turns out did all his good work at Brizzle from wide- and, Knockeart) have been on top form this season. Sami has probably been the best overall, Knockeart you always feel has a bit of magic in him - albeit we have only seen glimpses- but gives the ball away a ridiculous amount of times, Freeman has had one good shot and one good cross and Lolley has clearly only recently looked able to run full tilt in comfort and can only recover form by playing.
Personally, I'd give Mighten more starts too.
McKenna for sure though if he has felt no ill effects from last week. He is a class above Figs, even though Figs deserves alot of credit for clawing his way back to some form.

I just noticed Milwall are away to Bournemouth tomorrow night, i think this is a huge positive, with the short amount of time between games and the collective hassle of 2 away games especially if they can't stay in a hotel and travel on the day. They won away at Borehamwood on Saturday and last time out in the league they lost 2.1 at home to Coventry.
I think we have a good chance here, a win would mean 4 wins out of the last 7 unbeaten.

Millwall are a big physical team, for that reason I'd start Taylor with Grabban to come on for last 25-30min. Plus Taylor is the clubs top scorer and should stay in team after a goal.
Same reason might be a good reason to start Ameobi.
Hoping for McKenna / Worrall at the back but would not be surprised to see Figs.

Millwall is a big game for us like. A win and we go level on points with them but they will have 2 games over us to play. Also if you look at the teams below us they all have games in hand which doesn’t mean points but if we can put a bit more distance between us and them then they will start feeling the pressure.

This is an important game. It's taken a decent run just to get us here.
Those teams still have to win those games in hand. The teams slightly above and below Forest aren't great.

A repeat of our recent run would help us do that.

We beat Coventry and Wycombe back to back. We also recently beat Preston, then Cardiff (cup) back to back

Millwall away on a Saturday is always a great day out. Wish covid would f@#$ off. Obviously, there are much more significant reasons why we all want it to f@#$ off, but still.... Millwall away is another small reason.

Last game we went to was home vs them with their mong supporters aged about 70 trying to pretend it was 1985 on Radcliffe Rd.
