Would Mr Marinakis seriously allow another £15m to be spent on a player that has already cost him £13m and hasn't delivered the goods?

No. I think SD is right. It will be a loan if anything.

Being honest I don't think carvalho would start in most championship sides . Hes too cowardly and weak . Loses so much ball.

That's spot on Sniff. The blokes a total tart. As Jock says, he wouldn't get in most Championship teams. In reality all this kid has done is block Johnson from getting game time. I don't think Johnson is ready yet, but to say he's 4 years Carvalho's junior he'll be ready at a younger age than Carvalho is.
A poor man's Raddy. Really hope we can offload him for a decent amount. Even 5m could see us nab someone like Grosicki

I think we're about to enter a new football world where patience for players like him disappears as clubs cut their losses. Of course, he'll be well within his rights to sit out his contract, but the consequence will be that his career will nosedive.
