I doubt those rules will impact on us.
United and Nice are under the same ownership and have played in the same European competition this season.

Man City and Girona have both been in the Champions League this season too and I believe they're all part of the same multi-ownership group (though I don't know the percentage ownership of each).

I would assume that Kominakis was nothing more than a placeholder for EM, acting as insurance if anything arose which threatened his fit and proper accreditation.
Those threats have now dissipated so there will be no need for him.

Yes, thats a good point.
Radcliffe owns less than 30% of United so they are fine.
SR points out that City and Girona also played in the competition this season.
UEFA have laid down guidelines which have helped the big clubs circumvent the rules; I wonder if we will be able to avail of UEFAs generosity

I have a little update on this:
The prosecutor's proposal to refer 150 people from organized fan clubs to court for the murder of riot police officer Giorgos Lygeridis has shocked the Olympiacos world.
And this is because the indictment includes the names of the entire management of the red and white team, including President Vangelis Marinakis and his closest associates, the mayor of Piraeus, Yiannis Moralis, and the vice presidents of the "red and whites", Kostas Karapapas, Takis Agrafiotis and Michalis Kountouris.
The latest developments surrounding this case, which is considered likely to cause a new "vengeance" between Vangelis Marinakis and the Mitsotakis government of Greece.

Just tried to read up on it. A man was already arrested and charged weeks after it happened in Dec 2023. More arrests were made (in general I think maybe not all Olympiakos) in April 2024 to crack down on hooliganism
So the caveat is, is that what happened was instigated by the ultras (do change this if that’s seen as slander or whatever) to clash on purpose with riot police with intent to harm and that actually it was EM who ordered them to go cause mayhem?
