RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - Salvatore Matrecano - 22-07-2020 Somewhere in Nottingham right now there is a young lad called Joao with his feet up cracking a beer and a little smirk on his face. RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - Mcforest - 22-07-2020 Well at least we can now go and focus on the bargain basement signings. RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - audiosmee - 22-07-2020 Can’t sack Sabri- we’re gonna lose players, prob Cash, Worrall, Lolley, Samba? Don’t even think he wants to play the way we have been- the the personnel we have A 7 goal swing though...!!!? In a nutshell it’s results like that have defined the season. Woeful absolutely woeful. Apart from Grabban who’s going to get 20 goals a season ? You need 2 strikers of that quality to go up. RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - Plymouth red - 22-07-2020 Problem is that as a result of pandemic the prediction is that big money transfers will be a lot less. Might mean getting big money for Worrall, Cash or Lolley will be harder. But at least one will need to go and that money will need reinvesting in good quality. We can't do bargain basement forever but nor can we do lavish foreigners. The Carvalho signing has not worked. If we can get back half what we paid then that would be good. RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - Fumanchew - 22-07-2020 Everyone on here and on Twitter that have been saying joao would have made a difference are deluding themselves RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - stirred - 22-07-2020 (22-07-2020, 09:30 PM)Joe Baker Legend Wrote:(22-07-2020, 09:28 PM)Strawberry Avenger Wrote:(22-07-2020, 09:26 PM)Joe Baker Legend Wrote: Fooking rubbish Hah, I reckon matches like that take a season off me too! RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - Plymouth red - 22-07-2020 Still pinching myself. Only we seem to be able to steel such defeat from the jaws of victory. To lose so badly. To show virtually no desire going forward even when a goal was essential. Once we conceded we never looked like scoring. Didn't come close but I guarantee any other team in our situation and they would be knocking down the door in desperation. There is just something not right with the club and I do fear what might happen next season. One thing is for certain, if things are going to change then they need to act fast. This will not be a long gap between seasons RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - Madforit - 22-07-2020 To be truthful I`m more concerned about what will happen in the next few weeks with regards to our better players, will we see the likes of Grabban, Cash and Lolley wanting out and will the owner finally get us some quality in, I`m sick of seeing players coming in from abroad taking up a jersey and being a total c**k up, we could have the likes of Taylor, Colback and a few others from these shores who know the league and are a vast improvement on the shower we have here RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - Plymouth red - 22-07-2020 By the way, who got relegated and promoted. Can't bring myself to go on any other website to see league table RE: Nottingham Forest - Stoke City - Strawberry Avenger - 22-07-2020 3rd from bottom of the last 6 games in form. Capitulation. SA.
