There was a clear sense of urgency after we conceded, created two sitters for grabban tbf RE: QPR - Nottingham Forest - Madforit - 12-09-2020 Far too defensive, and clearly he has learnt nothing RE: QPR - Nottingham Forest - zicorice - 12-09-2020 (12-09-2020, 04:56 PM)Plymouth red Wrote:(12-09-2020, 04:53 PM)Username Wrote: Mark Warburton’s QPR keep a clean sheet against us. Dont think defending had much to do with missing 2 sitters. Both missed target. Miss chances like that and you get f@(k all. I feel I am a bit obsessed but does Benalouane give away that pen? Figuerado needs taking out of the firing line. Let him regain his confidence away from spotlight, giveaway goals where it doesn't matter. Because we score so few goals, the pressure is always on the defence. Yeah - I suppose. Would not say it was sustained though. We did not exactly pepper their penalty area with shots and crosses nor did we really ever have them under that much pressure. We made it very easy for them. I do worry about Grabban form. He needs a goal desperately. RE: QPR - Nottingham Forest - ThePromisedLand - 12-09-2020 Let’s have no ‘short of fitness/early days’ excuses! Some clubs returned to training a full 2 weeks ahead of us - still scratching my head to understand why. No excuse - though it looked like we hadn’t trained together at all. RE: QPR - Nottingham Forest - ozzyten10 - 12-09-2020 Indisciplined display for me. I have a feeling the players are wanting a different approach to sitting back and are caught between two stools. Sabri has lost me at the moment... RE: QPR - Nottingham Forest - Plymouth red - 12-09-2020 What is a shame is that I feel that the recruitment this summer had done much to banish the memories of the last couple of games But today we managed to blow up that optimism and hope. I mean, we even managed to concede ANOTHER injury time goal. That is three league games in a row we have done that. This cannot be a mere coincidence RE: QPR - Nottingham Forest - Strawberry Avenger - 12-09-2020 Can't defend. Can't score. Figs elementary penalty gift. Grabban misses 2 or 3 you'd bet him burying. Another 'loss of concentration' moment. I'd rather Big Ben in than Fig' at the moment. Seem brittle at the back. SA. RE: QPR - Nottingham Forest - Strawberry Avenger - 12-09-2020 6 wins in 27? SA.
