Hughton making records as statistically one of our worst managers since Mr Megson. I do understand stability, and that’s what we have with Hughton, but that means relegation battle. We cannot stick with a manager, just cos he has two promotions on his CV (so did Megson) A new manager needs to be appointed as soon as possible and it needs to be a manager, with a better football philosophy, better man management to get the best out of the players we have, someone we can all just get behind.

Actually Widdow, Einstein never said that line about insanity, he was far too clever for that. But much like Forest fans that quote was attributed to him to suit the narrative that people want to portray.

As for permanent signings, this is his third window, and he decided to bring in loans rather than permanent players, but the answer is 1 outfield player.
The outfield player he did bring in on a perm was Glen Murray.
Wouldn’t trust him to bring any players in.

We may not be all as clever as him, but I have been right all along, no hindsight, Hughton should never have been appointed and majority of players we have brought it in shouldnt have.

The same utter non-sense which is used to start again and again. And such short sighted and self serving stats aren't balanced against our new CEO's recruitment record over this very Summer. Or last year.

Hughton's recruit, with recruitment (see his status at Brighton and Newcastle which you are carefully avoiding) is in another universe to Gary Megson's time.

Disingenuous.
Barnsley have been a high energy team long before our new CEO turned up. They've always given Forest a hard time before they have their budget, their plan and they stick to it. Well, they actually have a plan.
WBA. Loaded with Premiership millions. Loaded with players.
And comparing both (who've had alot longer than the 'new' CEO) who've been doing what they have for a while to a threadbare and young Forest squad.
Given all that. All 3 league games 'only' lost by a stupid keeper error in each game.
Both teams that have been recruiting 'with a plan' for some time. Neither let four lbs go and not replace them. Did they recruit an unfit RB? Did they lose two key CHs. They didn't toss our 14 players and not replace. They probably haven't had a recruit old stickers policy. Have either been able to bring in a striker over the last two Summers?
Have their managers actually made ANY permanent outfield signings in the last two Summers?
Try squeezing those stats into your '25%.'

Yes, that's not what I asked. Do you think right now a new manager, with the exact same patchwork squad would come in and transform this team? With no left back, central midfield or decent strikers? And half the defence injured or suspended.

They've both got something Forest haven't had.
'A plan.' And expecting our new CEO's plan to be up and winning teams that have had a plan isn't rational. Given the few months he's been here.
I do recall the sense of urgency Aitor had in 'that' January window. There has been little sense of urgency following the letting go of 14 players. The Summer window closes in a couple of weeks. And even if the targets come in, the damage will have been done. AND?
Without players incoming. It's relegation. And I don't blame Hughton. At all. Not a bit.
