I'm not sure what EM's end goal with legal action is - an apology and some accountability from Palace's owners perhaps. That'd be a first for them though.

I'm not surprised he's done it though. I doubt there's much if any damage to his reputation but I don't think Palace should get away scot free for allowing the banner to be displayed either. Yeah they've been fined by the FA but £50k is peanuts.

Lets face it, Palace knew there would be a banner and did little to stop it being displayed. They even probably found it funny and had a laugh in the boardroom about it at the time

EM seems to have spent his life entrenched in legal cases. This is just the latest installment.

It also sends a message and shuts the others up.

Like G. Neville and D. Taylor etc.

They have both been very very quiet recently and there are reasons for that.

I wonder if the timing of the legal action has anything to do with Glasner joining. Was it talked about during their dinner?
