Wozza out 12m, mckenna in 5/6 million new captain sorted and possible upgrade. Same with Letting watson go for colback .

If only it was that simple.

Let's say it happens, but McKenna doesn't settle makes a few errors, fans get on his back, confidence goes, is rubbish.....that can happen too, just as easily as your 'upgrade'. Seen it enough times here.
Fashunu
Wallace
Ward
Curry
Black
Even Cloughie spent some big money on duds.

As for more recent ones.....where to start?

I like Worrall and he will have a good career and if he stays great but if he leaves he won't be difficult to replace.

I think hes better than you think Sniff.

No Pap, I think he is very good but there are lots of very good CB's out there and some of them have a left foot too which means they are more comfortable playing on the left side of a CB pairing.

I agree Sniffer. It should be possible to replace Worrall for less cash than we receive for him although we do lose that Nottingham connection which we shouldn't underestimate the value of.

RE: Joseph Adrian Worrall - Sabricadabra - 04-08-2020

Agree with most on here. Worrall will be a top level player, which is why an EPL club will want him to develop, but right now he’s relatively easy to replace.

RE: Joseph Adrian Worrall - Salvatore Matrecano - 04-08-2020

Worrall has a great attitude and also has leadership ability. Thats what sets him apart and why we need to be careful with who we lose, he may be a bigger miss than we realise. Think Wes Morgan who many thought was mediocre.

RE: Joseph Adrian Worrall - ThePromisedLand - 04-08-2020

Wes - underrated.
Joe - overrated.
Personal opinion.

RE: Joseph Adrian Worrall - ozzyten10 - 04-08-2020

Worrall is decent. He played out of position too. He has improved his distribution no end but lacks a left foot ping which would give us more balance.

He will join the list of players not deemed all that here to make a living in the prem.

RE: Joseph Adrian Worrall - ThePromisedLand - 04-08-2020

I’ll give you ‘decent’ Ozzy...

RE: Joseph Adrian Worrall - jurgen rober - 04-08-2020

I always liked Yohan Barbet as a left sided CB and he is a great passer of the ball. Was hoping we would go for him when he left Brentford.
