I suspect we'll play it the Huddersfield way - slow down the game, roll around on the floor at every foul, generally just kill the rhythm of the game and try to snatch a goal. Keep it tight at the back.
We'd probably take a draw from the off. I suspect they probably would too.

Just reading on Forza Garibaldi the pre match Q&A with a Brentford fan. Well worth a look very good comments including about their approach to FFP. Forest ( and most other EFL clubs) could learn a lot. Refreshing talk about their attitude to sacking the manager:
Interestingly coming back to the stats, we got Brentford Head Coach Thomas Frank down the pu. We hit him with some pretty tough questions.
One of them was
“When fans were singing your’re getting sacked in the morning, were you ever worried for your job?”.
And his straight answer was “No”.
And the reason.
At Brentford, they judge the performance. And not the results.
So if the team is ticking all the right boxes (stats-wise) and doing all the right things, then the belief is the results will come. And if the head coach getting the team is doing the right things, it is ill advised to change him. As he is not the problem.
The club came up with a fair bit of stick for sticking to their guns. Twice with Thomas Frank (he also lost pretty much 10 games in a row last season but the club was not worries in the slightest). But fair play to Brentford. They didn’t consider letting Frank go despite pressure from media and some fans saying he should.
And I believe that is one element of the way the club is run that sets us apart from a lot of sides.

Figs has only been out for 3 weeks, I wouldn't think he'd be too rusty after that short time. If he's not up to it though I'd like to see Chema left CD with Worrall on his right. I know we tried once (or twice?) & he was ok but nothing special but I reckon now he's played a few games at LB & he's a bit more up to speed with the game he'd be a much better option than Michael 'oil tanker' Dawson (not that I dislike Dawson, I just think his age is really beginning to tell)

i think we'll need a lucky win, though probably be a very lucky win, 1 of those games where they have 40 shots, 20 on target, 30 corners, nil goals and we save a penalty, we have no shots on target but score via a wicked deflection, we are the form team in the league but ... does it feel like it???

When it comes to form, Brentford have won their last 6 home games. This is looking like one of our toughest, if not toughest games remaining. Anything out of it is a bonus
