He had 2 half season scoring streaks under Karanka and Lamouchi but thats it, in my opinion he has gone as an effective striker. Well that wasn't so hard now was it?! Glad we have some pleasantly surprised Reds :) RE: Your Thoughts On The Current Nottingham Forest Manager - Username - 17-10-2021 Spot on. It’s great to see the likes of Lowe, Zinc and Johnson within ten yards of Grabban when he gets the ball. RE: Your Thoughts On The Current Nottingham Forest Manager - Salvatore Matrecano - 17-10-2021 Fair enough mate I thought he was shot last season but excellent yesterday a proper display of what a centre forward should do. The catch is keeping a 34 year old fit for a whole season, would prefer to have a reliable option on the bench so we can give Grab’s hamstrings a rest after 70 mins or so. Let's see what January brings... SA. RE: Your Thoughts On The Current Nottingham Forest Manager - Strawberry Avenger - 19-10-2021 Stevie Cooper's magic, He wears a magic hat, And when he saw the Forest job he took it 'Just Like That'. He used to work for Scousers, He used to be a swan, And now that he's at Forest, He's magic all day long. I like it. Sing it again. SA. Just got to get through till January! Wouldn't be surprised to see him rested at some point soon. Maybe today with Fulham on Sunday. RE: Your Thoughts On The Current Nottingham Forest Manager - Marinakis Red - 19-10-2021 When your striker is on a hot streak, you do not rest him unless he really needs it, go and win the game then let him rest his legs the last 20 mins. Then manage his recovery ahead of Sunday. And when you get older, you don't get better at recovery. He'll need a rest at some point. Maybe Forest can bring someone in January to share the load. SA. We need to show prudence in the next window and get aggressive with a striker and A.N other quality signing. SA. |
