‘Out the door’ meaning what?

RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Paplane - 29-11-2019

It'll take a week or so for Rushcliffe to validate (book in) the application and it then should appear on their planning website for us all to have a look at.

I took it to mean that it had been submitted for approval.

I’ve had a look, it’s stunning!

For anybody having a gander, the Design and access statement gives a good overview of the project. Well worth a read.

Let’s hope it gets passed. The residential elements seem a bit dull compared to the stand and a distinct lack of parking!!! The stand drags us into the 2020’s and the quality seems to be very high when compared to some stadiums that are just thrown up. It is bigger than the BC stand and I still wonder about the Bridgford corner. I would also have liked to have seen what they have planned for the other stands but I bet this is due for the need of PL and even CL footy alongside the selling of the residential blocks.
I have a feeling the whole area will become the place to live in Nottingham with the surrounding developments going on. Exciting times- just that my current equivalent seat now becomes a VIP very expensive seat and don’t fancy climbing all those stairs!

Heights of each stand (to the highest point of the roof/trusses):
BC stand: 26.42 metres
TE stand: 28.70 metres
New Main Stand: 38.00 metres!

Bloody Hell. That's huge!

this is my fav picture by far. Just look at it!!

Wow - I hadn't seen that one before with the current stand overlaid on top of the new one. It'll be massive! The current stand doesn't even reach the bottom of the top tier of the new one!

I hope it will have an elevator.
