Hope so too Pat. Not heard of that method before but it sounds like a good way for it to be done. Suggest that you print off the email and take it with you just in case so if it doesn't work from your card you can go to the ticket window and make a fuss. I've done that some time back when I'd messed up and they printed one off for me.

Check back to date you paid for tickets on emails. I'm a ST holder and just assumed it would be loaded on my card. It isn't. I unknowingly had pdf tickets sent to me. I was buying using phone so very possible my fat thumbs accidentally pressed print at home instead of digital. 

It comes from "customer support"  took me ages to find as I searched "Nottingham forest" in my inbox.

I spent ages checking and sorting as I can imagine how it will be in ticket office if I go there at 4.45 having been turned away at gate!!!

Just checked my email again and it definitely says my ticket as been uploaded to my season card . I’ve checked for a pdf but nothing is on there . I’ve printed off the email like Cisco suggested so hopefully everything will be ok . Thanks for the advice and if there’s any trouble getting in I’ll let you know

Im feeling good about today and thinking we have a chance to do Arsenal later. No doubt this optimism will cease at about 5.15 when their under 18's take the lead against out full strength side.

Arsenal with a disappointingly strong team out. Still a few changes. Glad we've gone full strength though, good for momentum and always a chance when one team makes more than 4-5 changes. Bring it on
