We win together we lose together, we got promoted together and we will go down together (if it comes to that).
Steve rightly got lauded when he took us up and he will no doubt get some stick if he takes us down.
I remember lots of comments like we only got promoted because of Steve Cooper as if nobody else played a roll in it.
So are we only going to get relegated because of Steve Cooper too?
Or is it all because of Cooper when something great happens and it's all somebody else's fault when something S**t happens.
Tbf Boly produced a Bong standard debut against Fulham, before returning to the side and showing what he is really about. Wolves fans say he is good but missed too many games. Think we've seen that pattern continue. Shame as him and Felipe on paper appear to be an ideal pairing. Based on performance they have been far and away our 2 best CBs this season. (Aside from Boly debut of course).

Just cant get in a positive mindset for this game for some reason. What a massive game. I guess we'll get to see how much the players want it.

Do we think Cooper gets a team buzzing and motivated before a game like this (for example you'd imagine Dyche does). Or is he more of a cool calm collected, get the information across and trust the players type?

Just copied this off a discussion on Facebook. One particularly negative person had been slating Cooper as if we'd be top 6 with a different manager. The reply one guy put wS I thought absolutely perfect thought people here might like it:
"Christopher Morgan OK I will take the bait. If we finish 17th this season then it is a massive success, not a failure. We are currently 16th with 2 rivals to play in next 4 days. If you can't recognise the unique circumstances we came into this season with, then you are blind or don't want to look. We are running a marathon having given most of our opponents a 15 minute head start. That 23 year gap meant we had zero proven premier league players at the end of the season. The 2 other promoted teams had loads. We have since added Hendo, Aurier, Dennis and Kouyate in the summer, plus Shelvey and Wood in Jan. Of the rest, none were proven in the Prem. Softer leagues like Germany Italy and Brazil are zero guarentee of success and usually take time to adjust often a full season. We also needed key players from last season like Joe, Mckenna, Yates and Jonno to make the huge leap virtually over night. Blending all these new players into a cohesive unit was going to require 2 things: a miracle and alot of luck. The bookies had us as overwhelming favourites to finish bottom- they are not daft, never seen a poor bookie,.
So even you must agree our starting point was not great.
Add in the injuries that have hit us and that as we hit our straps, the WC disrupted our flow (Lingard in particular was looking like the player we hoped to have) and any idiot can see that we would be up against it. Whether we like to admit it or not, we have a team that should be 20th. It is the skill of our manager who has kept our heads just above water and I fully expect he will do it again. The team spirit will continue to grow and I hope that by the seasons end we will be 17th or above.
One thing I am sure of, is that no manager could get anymore out of this depleted squad than Cooper is. We are middle weights taking on heavy weights week after week. Even today when you look through the Wolves team you see quality all the way through and a number of players who would improve us significantly. Yet, we will match them with our inferior line up and hopefully take the points. We need 100% support for next 11 games, not negativity as we attempt to bridge those gaps every game.
If you can't recognise this then you are a part of the problem."

If it wasn’t for cooper marinakis’ tenure would have been nothingness. Chopping managers, throwing loads of money at the club, signing loads of players and hoping something works

I think you'll perhaps touch a few nerves here and we have to recognise and be grateful for the big man's huge financial contributions.
However, you do make a valid point. Before last season there appeared to be no plan other than a scattergun approach to signings and changing managers all the time. Cooper (and in fairness Dane) came in and suddenly a team thst couldn't buy a win well, the rest is Forest folklore already.
Dane has gone-a few mistakes too many- and the last thing we need is to go back to the old "non plan". The scattergun approach to signings may or may not have happened- though we clearly needed alot of new players.
Keeping Cooper maintains some stability. He has us 16th at present and we'd all have taken that in August. Let him finish the job he so brilliantly started.

Fingers crossed Cooper selects a good aggressive team to go and score goals and win. And does not pick another lets not let any in and defend all the time and hope to get a breakaway goal.

And then stopped and then nearly took us into administration whilst not paying various creditors until he had no choice.. not to mention meddling in team matters and sacking a manager doing a good job whilst challenging gor play offs.
I think the comparison is very unfair.
