You have to log in at 9.21 ish or just after 9.20 when the queue actually starts otherwise you get out to the back.

I didn't purchase my man city tickets till 1025 today so they had not sold out you just have to keep refreshing till one pops up.

So I decided to buy the £35 membership this year, mainly to get onto the ladder for next season, as I doubt I will stand any chance of getting a ticket this year on the lowest priced option.
So i filled the form out etc and paid my money.
What happens now? I was lead to believe the club would send me my membership details etc and also I seem to remember some sort of free gift, not that im that bothered about that TBH. I just would like to know if I am on the members list or not
Can anybody help with advice or information please?

Memberships should start being sent out in early September from what I understand!

I picked up my Chelsea ticket from the office today and they were visibly sorting the memberships out in the packs. Some looked ready for collection too if that's the option you chose.

I spent probably ten minutes constantly refreshing afterwards but it confirmed at the bottom that tickets were sold out at 10.12.

My actual last purchase of a ticket yesterday was 10:44 I've got screenshots of the email confirmation of payments but won't let me upload either. You really have to be persistent in the refresh.
Not a great system all the same, I then send the references numbers by email to the ticket office to group the tickets together which they always do.
