What happened on that goal? Couldn't really see on my stream but suddenly they had a 3 on 1 break. Felt exactly like last year at the City Ground, not necessary when its only half time. Dyche will be absolutely fuming.

Hard not to question why N'Doye and Morato are starting today though. Both have contributed negatively and in N'Doye's case had a lot of matches too. If nothing else rotation would've made sense.

Think this is Dyche's worst game so far.

Not 100% what happened, think Sangare lost the ball with Morato caught high up the pitch, only Milenkovic covering.

I noticed it almost happened a few mins before but Milenkovic pirouetted around two players to keep the ball. Should've known who would be to blame...

Savona Sangare and Ndoye hooked, understandable.

And now Yates has done his hamstring.

RE: Everton - Nottingham Forest - Salvatore Matrecano - 06-12-2025

Milenkovic in a stupid confrontation with Barry before that. He hasn’t covered himself in glory today. Some stupidity this afternoon to rank with England cricket this morning.

What an embarrassing performance all over. Out fought from 20 seconds in

RE: Everton - Nottingham Forest - Salvatore Matrecano - 06-12-2025

All over. We've been miles off it today, proper reality check as to where we are.
Truth is we are still in a relegation battle and we need to deal with that before we get ahead of ourselves.

Out played, have no idea what the plan was today and not good for the goal difference either. Bit of a disaster all round

RE: Everton - Nottingham Forest - Salvatore Matrecano - 06-12-2025

Dyche, you need to get Jesus off and protect him and gove Kalimuendo a run out before Thursday.

We look like a dyche team now.. all huff and puff. And nothing there. That little transition period from anges attacking football to Dycheball was beautiful. Should of kept it at that

RE: Everton - Nottingham Forest - Salvatore Matrecano - 06-12-2025

Dyche has never been pretty but when it works it is very effective. What we are seeing today is the downside of when it doesn’t work it looks pretty terrible.

This is the worrying thing. There’s no creativity, no plan worthy of the name. If this is our style now we’ve gone backwards and it’s another mistake.
