He’s surely better than Championship level, would be surprised we could get him. Hasn’t played much the last year and been affected by injuries - we’ve been stung with these before - but he’s 24 and doesn’t have a history of injury so I’d be very happy if this one happened.

Maybe it's now been realised that we need to introduce a number of significantly better players if we expect to challenge for promotion next season. Of course this will cost but ultimately to play at the level that Norwich have shown we have to up the ante. Just tinkering will get us to mid table at best and that will suit, I expect, a good many amongst us. I hope that we see signings that are at this lad's level along with many moved on.

Giannoulis who often keeps Tsimikas out of the Greek National Team currently plays in the Championship with Norwich. He's also a very good player like Tsimikas.

A loan move for Tsimikas the Greek Left Back at Liverpool.

That would be nice.

If he's better than what Forest have.  And none of the Forest LBs have held down a place.  It's one of many key positions that need to perform better to be top 6.

SA.

He suffered with Covid badly, kind of ruined his season.

Sniffer is this who you would like or
Is it someone you think we are interested in ?
thanks

Some good suggestions as usual Widdow. Although Alfie Doughty signed for Stoke in January. Like you I think we should be looking at the younger/less established end of the market. I do not want to see us dishing out long contracts to players past their best just because they were decent a few years ago. The teams that succeed without parachute payments are the ones that are smart in the market, we have been far from that for the majority of the last 7/8 years.

Both. If he's made available for a loan which I heard he will be then it's absolutely logical that we would ask the question. Like I said earlier his Greek team mate for the left back spot in the national team has just had a great season in the Championship. Tsimikas was an Olympiakos player and Liverpool probably still owe money on the fee.

We won't buy him but a loan move is possible to get him playing regular again because he's not been playing at Liverpool.

Sniff
Absolutely logical is not something we normally do
I hear Arsenal have 5 or 6 young wonder kids that can play attacking midfield maybe we should get one of them in

We will ask the question 100% guaranteed. Asking though is one thing actually getting it to happen is another.

This summer certainly looks like an opportunity to build a new squad.
I'm not sure as to the contract expiry for Colback and Cafu but it looks like only 20 players on the books in a couple months time.
