Hand on heart it wasn't your comment I was referring to.

Fair enough pal, I think we’re all frustrated right now

I always think most are respectful in there opinions on this site and the debate. We all have different views. But on the whole the site is well ran and enjoyable. If we all agreed we would be top of the league.

If we were top of the league we would still probably disagree on style etc!

Probably I have been vocal on this site for a long time about our current style!

In isolation there were some positive things to take from today as well as some massive negative in 1st half.
Pros: 2nd half spirit and chances created was by far the best of the season so far.
Mighten looked very impressive, even in 1st half when we looked poo.
New left back grew into game and he puts in good crosses.
We scored a goal!!!

Cons: First half was mostly awful.
The defence was shredded to pieces.
We still can't convert chances.
The complete apathy of the players for 1st 30 mins.
Arter acting like a petulant d1ckhead whenever any decision didn't go our way, gradually turning Stroud into the Anti-forest we all know.
Zero points
Another loss.

I hate changing the manager. But the last time we beat 11 men was Feb 25th!

Didn’t see Mighten tiring - surprised that he wasn’t given longer, particularly given that Ameobi was also removed & we had no obvious replacements on the bench ( hence Sow being brought on ).

A couple of reliable(ish) Twitter accounts saying that he’s gone.

I am surprised to see that nobody has even considered the fact that if it hadn't been for the Brizzle keeper playing out of his skin today, we could've run out 4-2 winners.

The saves from Mighten and Christie were absolute worldies. He also pulled off a couple of very decent saves at the expense of Taylor and Grabban?

Despite the fact we lost, we can't say it wasn't for the lack of trying. Yes we were shite in the first half, but we actually started off quite well and had Bristol on the back foot until they counter attacked us to go 1-0 up. Then for the next 20 minutes we were appalling. But then we made a fight of it. Not something we can say has happened before this season, but we did.

Bristol are top of the league, unbeaten, but in the second half we made them look poor. They were on the back foot and were getting battered! 10 men in their box defending at times!

Yes, those twenty or so minutes in the first half cost us dearly today, but on another day we would be rejoicing a massive victory. The luck is against us at the moment, but we will have our time. With who in charge? That is down to EM.

But please don't keep going on as though we were pummelled into the ground today, because we wasn't

I was thinking exactly the same, we played pretty well today aside from some ropey defending early on. Really should've won that. A noticeable improvement, pretty confident with the squad we've got that a new manager will be able to turn it around
