RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - Fumanchew - 05-04-2025 That’s that then. We some how beat city when most thought we wouldn’t so let’s just try and not get any more yellow cards or injuries RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - Floridared - 05-04-2025 Just feels like one of those days im afraid... RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - RyanR - 05-04-2025 They’re a good side and we’ve got lots of injuries. Let’s just keep it respectable RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - DeesideRed - 05-04-2025 Murillo said in interviews likes being middle of a 3. Nuno has this wrong here. Milenkovic right and Morato left like Normal. It's been messy back there. No striker doesn't help RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - Plymouth red - 05-04-2025 Aye. Not a great start. Feel this could go similar to Bournemouth. Feel it is a case of damage limitation already. Hopefully, villa will go easy with an eye on champions league RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - Paplane - 05-04-2025 I just hope we can keep this respectable. We don't need a 5 or 6 nil defeat at this stage of the season. RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - DR Forest - 05-04-2025 Villa look like they think it’s job done and are saving themselves for psg. They might be right, but still hoping we can steal a couple of late ones while they slumber RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - Floridared - 05-04-2025 Flat, tired performance so far and understandable. No focus up front and no attacking threat. One or two attackers in their box occasionally against 5/6 defenders. Take the hit, recover, regroup go again next week with renewed energy and maybe reinvigorated Wood back? Any more R words please? RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - Paplane - 05-04-2025 They look like a team lost. No cohesion at the back, the lack of a striker means there's no out ball. It's really poor. RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - Shawoddyred - 05-04-2025 thing sinister about elanga going off at half time! Really hope it's just a case of putting Jota as a focal point
RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - Trailer Park Tom - 05-04-2025 You'd imagine Elanga has picked up a knock as well now. RE: Aston Villa - Nottingham Forest - wassy04 - 05-04-2025 (05-04-2025, 06:37 PM)Shawoddyred Wrote: My guess is precautionary |
