Long term deal is smart by everyone at the club. Settles the players and offers stability. The flip side is compensation if it doesn’t work out, which is a risk any new manager would involve.

Come on Dyche me duck, let’s bring back the passion and the positivity.

Dyche wouldn't have took the job if he was only offered a contract until the end of the season and neither would anybody else.

Also how do you get the players on board if you are only here until the end of the season (on paper).

Lets just see what happens now in the summer and the future.

Does he not like Dyche?

Everyone worrying about the summer and getting a better replacement already. There's a chance, albeit probably small that Dyche just does really well and we’re happy with him in the summer.

He's never had a squad with anywhere near this investment, the existing team suits him perfectly too, its like its tailor made for him. Lives here, Forest legends as his backroom staff, match made in heaven.

He did take Burnley to 7th one year didn't he, something like that?

I thought Everton and Dyche were in strongly for him before he joined us?

He played 4231 at Everton with Doucoure in the 10 slot and it got the best out of him, think it'll be good for MGW.

Mgw isn't a powerhouse player. What he likes. He might end up putting Jesus there

I have no idea what the decision making process is anymore.

Hopefully this will work.

That's about it.

That’s the spirit!!!
