That’s not much of a claim to fame when you look at most of those below him!

On the law of averages we must be due some good managers for the next decade?!

"The Reds manager will nevertheless be looking to put his stamp on the squad this summer as he targets promotion to the Premier League next term.

And he has made it clear that bolstering his team in attack will be a priority in the transfer market.

"In the first place, we must say that we have to put more goals in,” he said, when asked what kind of players would be needed for a promotion charge.

“To put more goals in, we need to create more opportunities, which means that we need to have creative players.

“And whoever scores goals is expensive.

“If you look at the teams who go up, you will notice how they can score from many places.”

looks like its going to be a very tough preseason for the players. looks hectic, hopefully it will stand them in good stead. looks like we are training atleast a week earlier than last season.

MON and RK will have the players in good shape and fit as a butchers dog.

They will be fully prepared for the battle ahead.

people criticizing MON as manager of ireland, look at their display against Gibraltar last night. poor.

The drawback of being an international manager, limited pool of players to work with.
Unless you start handing out passports.

They're 'in for it.'  No doubt.

I think Forest have lined up the more comprehensive pre-season line up of games for some time.

Plenty of 'muck and nettles' sides in there.  'Millwall' prep'.  The types of team chosen no accident.

MoN probably had Ireland treading water.  They didn't get magically better post MoN, it seems...

That's a decent stat after only a 'quarter' of a season.

And that was without his team or squad.

I'd expect that stat to rise this season. If it does, Forest will be close to the play offs and promotion.
