Why waste a squad place on Dennis?
He has been at the club about 3 years now and has done nothing.

It is a max of 25.
But you can’t name less than 25, by excluding an over 21 yrs old player if you haven’t named 25

If I remember rightly, there was a suggestion at one point that Harry Arter might have made the 25 man squad previously by default due to the way the rules were structured
