RE: The Remaining 9 Games - ThePromisedLand - 09-06-2020 If we are - probably lunchtime / early afternoon I would think... RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Paplane - 09-06-2020 Be really interesting to see how Sabri now approaches the crowdless home games. We've been more effective away, where we can sit on a game. Will he feel he can now play the same way at home? Will the away teams in general be more adventurous now and go for the games, without a partisan crowd in their face? RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Sausage Roll - 09-06-2020 The EFL votes are happening today. The results of the the first one is that, if seasons are curtailed, unweighted points per game would be used to determine the standings, the playoffs would still take place and promotion and relegation would happen. That would be good for us providing the Premier League agreed to allow promotion/relegation too. Not sure that would be so cut and dried though. RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Ciscokid - 09-06-2020 Can't help but think that when the Charlton players do decide it's safe enough for them to play and they then get injured they'll be praising the "brave" nurses who help them recover. Those same nurses and others who have worked through this terrible time in our hospitals regardless of risk and their miserable pay whilst these players lounge about doing sod all. RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Sausage Roll - 09-06-2020 League 1 and League 2 have both voted to curtail their seasons. RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Sausage Roll - 09-06-2020 Forest beat a Wolves team 2-0 today. No idea of the line-ups or scorers. RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Reds73 - 09-06-2020 Hopefully everyone came through unscathed RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Sausage Roll - 09-06-2020 Not sure if the Championship vote is today or not. The League One and Two votes were a lot earlier and close together but there’s been nothing else announced since. Apparently Podence played the 2nd half for Wolves. And Bostock and Walker scored the goals. RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Ciscokid - 09-06-2020 Wouldn't have have found odds on Bostock scoring. I think I like him, he seems to have a quality of vision. I hope he kicks on. RE: The Remaining 9 Games - Sausage Roll - 09-06-2020 Seems that there was no vote for Championship clubs and the season is going to continue. |
