Understood Sniff - though I was referring to the challenges being made by DT & others.
My own contact ( as I alluded to you on PM ) was very unhappy with the atmosphere within the club in general.
Hughton has a much bigger job - than managing the team - on his hands.
Some level of success is essential if we are to rise above the chaos.
Just hope we can begin the long haul back with 3 points tonight.

I can't see any reason why we can't openly debate this in an adult fashion. I think it's reasonable debate.
I want to talk about that zoom call that some have been critical of.
Personally I see nothing wrong with it, in fact I am all for it. I told you at the end of last season that EM was furious and that changes were coming. In my opinion he was fully justified to have that zoom call and to call out one or two players after the disasterous end to last season. I also remember telling you when he took over that he won't tolerate failure no matter how big a name the player is or how much he cost. EM felt humiliated at the end of last season and he felt let down and betrayed. He felt that one or two players were not pulling their weight and he rightly let rip at them during the zoom call (in my opinion).

Had a listen to the podcast, Taylor gets his points across well, possibly more conciliatory in tone than in print but says much the same. In fairness he praises Hughton and Gary Brazil many times.
Basically whichever side of the fence you are on it wont change your opinion though.

And - interestingly - supported by Nick Miller ( another journo / fan ) in a separate interview within the podcast. He hoped that Chris Hughton’s ‘calm’ would sort the ‘chaos’ in the club.

The debate is what I want - this is one side of an argument and perspective of our owners from DT. We have nothing on the other apart from sniffers obvious trust of these owners. The opinions on the zoom call are interesting. I just don’t see how that calling out individuals like Adomah and riberio could be conductive to future success. I can see players just wanting out. Some of the injuries seem a bit dodgy/convenient too.
There are others that are suggesting bad working conditions within the wider workforce and lack of respect being shown to long time employees who have been treated very poorly.
To be where we want to be - everyone across the club need to be pulling in the same direction and it looks as though from the outside this is not the case. It’s all too easy to blame results on the pitch - I personally think they have been a symptom of the wider issues at the club.
Chris Hughton could be the kind of character though that others may respect and listen to - have they learned from their mistakes- some of the recruitment and CH appointments suggests so but time will tell...

Personally I don't think that Sabri is so innocent in all of this as some people think.
He didn't make any contact with any of the players after the Stoke game until pre-season started.

The chaos. Thats where its a little vague. Both Miller and Taylor use the term. Taylor constantly refers to a “bad atmosphere” off the pitch whatever that means.
As Im sure Sniff will say thats pretty hard to quantify though and of course there is no hard evidence. You could also point out that Grabban and Gary Brazil have chosen to stay at the club and Hughton, who is long enough in the tooth to smell trouble, has elected to join.
