RE: Forest Loan Watch - Username - 08-04-2019 Despite many suggesting to the contrary a season on loan playing week in week out elsewhere was always best for Joe’s progress this season. The Championship, particularly at Forest, is too unforgiving, we’re seeing it with Yates now who should have spent the season at Rotherham not stuck in our U23s then playing a handful of games. I agree re loaning him to Rangers, I think it was the best thing for his career and for us longer term. It seemed like it was done for the wrong reasons, ie Karanka didn’t want his personality around, but purely on the player development front did seem to make sense. Him, Milosevic, Figgy, Benaloony, you could do a lot worse. RE: Forest Loan Watch - Username - 24-04-2019 Congrats to Tyler for being named in the League Two team of the year. Cream always rises TW was always going to be a player. Just needed time to learn his trade. He is now a man, when he played for us he was a boy. No doubts that he can form part of our attacking arsenal. Need 4 forwards. Grabban + 1, TW and Murph. Expect Karim to leave in summer RE: Forest Loan Watch - Mcforest - 25-04-2019 I expect/hope Cummings, Vellios and Murphy to leave as well as Karim. For me Tyler is in the same boat as Joe Worrall - neither being quite up to what we need. |
