Ok, so I have been to bed, had a decent sleep and have calmed down from yesterday.
I wish our new manager all the very best for the new season and hope he can do what no other has done in over 20 years and that is get us promoted.
Irrespective of my opinions over certain players, who would appear to have been instrumental in MON's sacking, I will still give my club 100% support. I wish each and every one of our players the best of luck for the new season and hope that they succeed where others have failed.
However, they will not get the promotion they strive for if they are not prepared to put in the work on the training ground, even if they are expected to run up Wollaton Hall's hill. They will not get the promotion they strive for if they consider poor discipline, both on and off the field to not be an issue.
They have got to start earning the £,000's a week they are on and consider the consequences of their actions. They have got to start listening to the manager and they have got to start doing what the manager wants from them. If not, then the City Ground revolving door will once again be called into action and the once proud name of Nottingham Forest Football Club will yet again be tarnished.

As a sub the theory is you build tension as you should be ready to play at any time. Therefore you need a release. He probably just went home and knocked one out instead with the same result!

Players like him and is very good at uniting the team
The cons are that he is poor tactically and his teams lose leads

According to some of the research I've done is he likes midfielders attacking the box, and very good defensively, in his time at rennes despite poor form after selling his best players, they still had the 4th best defensive record in his time at rennes.
