Pretty lucky with the winner but created the better chances and looked solid at the back. Formation looked better and Freeman looked good.
Looking forward to seeing knockaert instead of ameobi. Lolley looked a bit more lively too

A win's a win and after the last four months or so I don't care how they come.
It was a professional performance where we created the better chances and gave them very little. The sort of performance that lamouchi had us playing early doors last season.
Hopefully that will give them all a bit of belief and things will start moving in the right direction.
Hopefully the ghosts of last season have been dealt with

I think we’ll look back at this with some satisfaction.
Samba was never troubled.
We created 3 or 4 half chances against a team that have had a decent start to the season.
I fancied 0-0 before the game - and fancy that Hughton wouldn’t have been too unhappy with a draw.
A real opportunity with 2 home games next week to move into the top half.
And with players to come into the starting X1 - Knockaert, Arter(?) - we can look forward to an exciting season.
And 9/2 with SkyBet to finish in the top 6.

Was shouting to bring Mighten on for Lolley on 80 but the manager certainly got that right.

Yates was everywhere today and mostly kept the ball reasonably on a day when we didnt keep it too well.
Really chuffed about the result, don't care about the performance now.
