Great opportunity for us to kick start our season.
Rogers is a dead man walking, and has apparantly lost large parts of the dressing room.

If that’s the case the inevitable normally happens, low energy lethargic performance.

I think we can get all 3 in this one

Seems like he's going to make it to that game. They can't afford to sack him, probably hoping some chump club sacks their manager and wants Rodgers.

He’s on 200k a week, and got 3 yrs left on his contact

If you're a Leicester player and you want Rogers gone then you lose this game. He's almost certainly going to get sacked if they lose.

But if they rally and beat us then we're in massive trouble and I just cant see Cooper surviving. So a bit of a gladiatorial battle between the managers really.

RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - Salvatore Matrecano - 22-09-2022

The manager situation is less important than the outcome for me. Lose this one to a team that seems a shambles at present its very hard to see us turning it around, we wont face a weaker team all season.
However even a point away from home will get us some confidence back, a clean sheet would be even better.

I think we have to go there and get a clean sheet. That's the number one priority. Tighten up and stop the rot. If we get a win then great, but don't concede any goals and certainly don't lose the game.

Yep, we've definitely been too open so far. It's not like it's helping us create loads going forward either!

Leicester are a very attacking side though, so we will need to attack them a bit. Their keeper is dodgy though, dreadful decision not replacing Kasper.

We are ranked 11th place for overall shots on goal, 19th for shots on target and 18th for goals conceded.
Leicester are 20th for goals conceded.

I want to see something different at Leicester.

A change in formation and a change in personnel.

If we go with the same formation and personnel again and we get mullered I will have no sympathy at all.

Agree with you on that Sniff something needs to change it's not as if we have been unlucky and playing well is it.

RE: Leicester City - Nottingham Forest - JWJW - 25-09-2022

We have looked like a Championship team all season. We have not performed like a PL side at all.

We have been extremely lucky, with Henderson making a lot of saves, our defence has been awful.

We should really be on 0 points if anyone is honest and really looks at performance, missed shots by opposition players and Henderson saves.

So this game with Fester has to be the start of something new - if nothing changes and we lose again and play awful then I think something big has to change.

I hope Cooper changes to 4 at the back, we pack the midfield and we control the game and win. That has to be the only outcome.
