I think I would settle for a pont from this one.

Agree, a point would be acceptable.

Wonder will he start sow for this or do the other lads deserve to keep their places.

Such a short recovery time for everyone.

RE: Derby - Nottingham Forest - Mcforest - 02-07-2020

For me it's a go with a full first team. Win this game and we would be 10 points clear of the chasing pack with 5 games to go. Think you can say we would have a play off spot and then can start rotating the team to keep everyone fit and injury free for the play off games.

I would keep same team if everyone is fit although be tempted to slot Da Costa in somewhere.

I'd keep slow playing it with Sow no we have a cushion over 7th. Particularly if we avoid defeat in this game

The biggest issue of the next few days has to be if Lolley will play, surely?

Yep, get through saturday undefeated and we'll have one foot in the play-offs. No need to rush Sow, we need him fully fit at the end of the season, not immediately now.

Da Costs is clearly improving as he gets more game time but I'd still question his defending ability for what will need to be a tight defensive display on Saturday.

RE: Derby - Nottingham Forest - McDurban - 02-07-2020

I'm optimistic about a good result on Saturday.
Forest have proven to be defensively solid and clinical when opportunities present themselves over the past three games.
A late slip up against Wednesday in the first game is all that has prevented a full house.
With the home advantage dissipated playing a defensive games appears to be a good tactic.
Without the home crowd behind them the vigour of attacking teams is diminished.

I can't lie, I am really worried about this game. The thought of losing to this lot makes me feel sick. Just hope it's one of those games where we hit top form and it all goes right.......

I always get worried before we play that lot. Form and everything else just goes out the window and it is usually the side that gets that slice of luck that wins through, not always, but usually.

Will it be the usual Derby where there are plenty of bookings with the odd sending off involved, or will it be a somewhat toned down affair due to there being no fans or atmosphere?
