I really wanted him to be a success but opposition managers must love seeing his name on the team sheet. They can just play so easily through him. It's starting to feel like we are starting with ten men
Yep I'm done with him. He's a pound shop Samba Sow.

Great player when not injured or suspended.

Yes. I chose to ignore that part

Why are you so incessantly negative?
You don’t seem to enjoy our PL progress at all.

I think he's copy and pasted that from someone else on Twitter. But yes I thought that post was absolute bollocks also.

I don’t know. If that’s all he has why bother? It’s hard enough to be a fan as it is.

Like everybody says we didn’t lay a glove on Arsenal. Also defensively we weren’t at it either. The second goal was way too easy and the third wasn’t much better. It was not a good start. A lot of criticism for Moratto at left back but he is clearly out of his depth in that position. Even more worrying for me were the performances of MGW and CHO. Neither looked bothered. I thought we looked a bit more competitive following the substitutions especially Yates for Sangare. This team needs Yates’s physicality and effort in the starting 11.

Yup. Good points TT.
Moratto not a left back. We have to play a full back in that position regardless of age or experience even though Zinchenko will most likely step in.
MGW and CHO can be dropped if needed as we have new and expensive players on the bench who want to start. If one of these players has a good game against Swansea I'd stick with them for Burnley.
Sangare is a waste of a selection and offers nothing. Proven to contribute nothing in terms of performance or results over a strong sample size now.
I'm not thinking too much with regards to the defending or game structure because I don't think it's fair on Ange. We will have an idea after Sunderland.

I don't have any strong thoughts on Amge based on how we played in this game, I guess he figured he'd rather lose 3-0 than potentially lose 6-1 playing a new tactic.
However, you've really got to question what he was thinking starting Morato at LB. Surely it doesn't take much knowledge to think Morato up against Madueke was a terrible idea. Might as well have left Neco there and put Morato or Murillo at RB rather than have that matchup. Not the first manager to make that selection but still not exactly a great start.

In fairness though whoever played at LB probably would've had a torrid time against Madueke.
