To be fair, I suppose they can't really make any official announcement until all the hurdles have been cleared regarding permission etc.
You are absolutely right Duncan!
I am going through a similar thing at work at the present time, where we are going to relocate in about a years time.
Everyone and his dog knew the location we are moving to, but the company couldn't announce anything until all of the legal stuff had been signed off etc.
With that in mind, i am now hopeful that the main stand issue is currently in the hands of lawyers, planners, financial advisers and architects etc so nothing can be confirmed until all parties are legally satisfied :shy:
