Not keen to see him off just get bored watching any of his teams and anytime he has tried to make his teams more dynamic shall we say they nose dive because that’s not the way he coaches or mind set. That said for now i would take us being hard to be beat and play not to lose rather than to win if it means we have the foundations to build on in later years with a team of players who are able to move us up levels. For now and the situation we are in and the player types we have he is probably the best we are going to get. Only way we can become a more pressing, possession based team over night is to spend crazy money we don’t have. It is going to take a long time to move that direction but first we need to have that pragmatic base to start from and CH can give us that.
