Using youth is a suitable excuse for people who are obsessed with sticking with a manager who has won 2 in 17. We all saw the young players attack and push forward against Bradford... they can do it they are being instructed not too by outdated, negative tactics.
Yes we need the people running the club to bring in players but the manager has to change his approach
I do understand that a manager will be criticised when his team are losing, but do you actually watch any other Championship games? 90% of them involve one team sitting back and defending.
Also, you do realise Bradford are in League 2? What happened in that match is of very little relevance to the league.
