Not sure I agree. The crux of the text is "the manager is rubbish, here's why the manager is rubbish" doesn't really offer any positive reasons to keep the manager just negative reasons or excuses not to get rid of him. I'd like to see some positive Forest related reasons to keep him, I've not seen any anywhere yet. Two promotions with other clubs and never finishing outside the top 4 in full Championship seasons with other clubs doesn't really cut it.
Sadly the best reason to keep Hughton is the logic that says we cant keep sacking managers and this one has a good track record so lets keep him. I want stability, I really do, I think its utter disaster to yet again change 4 weeks into a season. But as you say none of that is actually a positive statement on what CH has achieved here and to be honest I dont think many of us believe there is better to come from him.
For the record I want exactly the same: some stability, but what we have currently isn't stable, it's far from it and you're right I don't believe he brings much more even with 5 or 6 more quality additions. I don't think most take any joy in saying they want Hughton gone, some just believe it's a necessity now, after all how many managers anywhere survive fans turning on them so viciously in the stadium? Not many.
