My point earlier that this isn’t down to BJ dictating terms but his dad who knows a bit about the pitfalls of being a player and needing to maximise his earnings. I don’t like it and from a fan point of view agree with all that has been said regarding holding the club to ransom. However it works both ways- I wonder what Alvin Appiahs family think?
If it was my son I’m not sure I would be rushing to sign a contract that limited his next move.
