I am going to say that MON's style of football is now outdated and relied on direct balls into zones which is no longer going to win many games at all, the art is to use the ball wisely and not just kick it behind the full backs for wingers to chase down. Zonal direct ball win percentage only averages a 20% chance of winning the ball for an attacking player and then they have to deliver a cross and then on top of that they have to hope the attacker can get on it. Our game already uses that tactic but it also uses other ways of playing which includes ball retention which is something MON's teams didn't do bar Celtic as Scottish teams were shocking. Playing the MON way also means you have to be able absorb and withstand much pressure from the other teams which is not our strongest part. For these reasons it is a no for me.
