I agree Mcforest, what is going to happen next season ticket wise if we get promoted?
Of course the owners are aware of the situation but I presume that the mountain of red tape that they have to go through is causing a major hold up, hence there has been no annoucements over plans yet.
It's a nice problem to have. I think it's take a few seasons of tickets being sold out ever week before the situation becomes urgent. Lets be honest, most money these days comes from the TV deal so it doesn't make much difference if you are playing in front of a sold out 29k or in a stadium that can max at 35k.
If we do go up then the recent changes to season tickets prices will have to be looked at. It'd be crazy to sell thousands of u12 tickets for £20. They only have to come to 2 or 3 games to save money. I'd change it so that those incredibly cheap season tickets for kids are only in family area.
That is a very good point, it would definately have to be looked at.
