Doesn't need a knife for someone to die. What if that clown who ran into Sharp had knocked him over and he'd hit his head on something hard and cracked his skull?
I know some might think me a killjoy but I don't care. Yes people get emotional about it but in the main they're adults and should be able to control themselves better.
It's also selfish. There may be a lot of fans who physically can't run onto the pitch but would like to celebrate with the team. Everyone encroaching will deny them that opportunity.
