If we move we either have to buy freehold of a new plot or continue to lease for presumably a similar amount that we will have to pay to stay regardless.
We aren’t suddenly better off by moving.
Somebody is twisting whats going on and the real motives. We may well be better long term if a new ground is more sensible than a compromised redevelopment but dont try to claim its all because of the rent increase Tom because I don’t believe you.
