I reckon EM probably sees the CG with a new stand as still being substandard, even after he's chucked £150m at it. And he'd have a point there imo.
Say he chucked another £50m at the other 3 stands he'd be £200m down and still have a substandard, limited capacity stadium, when compared to other prem clubs.
