If we saw out the existing lease over the remaining 33 years, we would be paying out £8.25M and would not own the land at the end of that period.

Buy the lease,, then we can do as we wish with the site (planning permission granted of course).

Also, why do we need a 50,000 seater stadium? We struggled to get 45,000 into the ground during our glory years FGS!
