Then put a caretaker in charge from the under 21's and advertise the job to see who applies (which is what they should have done when Ange left).

He should go today to give us a chance to salvage what's left of this season.
I think (would hope) if it wasn’t for the fact we have 3 games in quick succession and 3 very important games then he’d be gone after last night. It’s difficult as any replacement would be straight in with no prep time so 50/50 as to whether or not we actually see any improvement or do better in those games. I suppose the only hope of doing so would be if Dyche really has lost the dressing room and him gone means the players somehow remember how to play/lift their performances just because he has gone.
