Playing the blame game in this case should not be a singular thing. Some want to put it squarely on Dyche (and he was awful) but EM and Edu cannot be absolved here. Terrible managerial hires, giving Nuno a new contract after berating him on the pitch after Leicester, letting preseason get completely out of hand. Also, not one summer signing has improved the team. I'm sure some of this has to do with managers not playing them consistently and having an agricultural style of play. Sorry, but the club leadership need to share some of the culpability.
Back to Dyche, it absolutely boggles the mind that he didn't even think about changing formations last night. That is someone completely out of ideas, but I'll ask again, who appointed him?
