stuart pearce is urging patience
"You have got a manager there with a rich history of being successful of wherever he's been," Pearce told talkSPORT. "He knows the club inside out, so does Roy [Keane].
"It's the time to be patient at Nottingham Forest and I've said that time and time again. I said that when I was the manager there. By chopping and changing your manager or even suggesting it isn't helpful to the football club."
