Sorry Alf got to disagree, i sort of wish Marinakis would say more and talk more but he doesn't, he really doesn't seem to do spin, also, he is really genuinely and deeply into the complete love of sport, particularly football but the essence of sport going right back to the origin of the Olympics back to ancient Greece, it is deep mate honestly.
We are very fortunate, his wealth is genuine and his love of our club which happens to be his club and the amazing, unique, wonderful legacy of Nottingham Forest is totally genuine, i think he has total motivation to repeat history, build on the past, create a better future because we can celebrate the past and enjoy the future.
This Marinakis fella is rich, determined, purist, idealist and we are fortunate that he is eager to channel all of that into our club
Fazza so fake and pathetic in comparison, he spun himself.
The bottom line is Marinakis is a true mega fan, he loves sport, the belief that sport can improve humanity and build bridges and refresh the soul but the lover of achievement has been captivated by ultimate dream to reality, 2nd division mid table mediocrity to champions of Europe ... oh and then they won it the next year as well!
O'Neill and Robertson were both on the transfer list when Cloughie arrived, gonna be a Hollywood blockbuster 1 day i tell ya.
Alf you are spending too much time with the sceptics on that other forum, so many craving for failure.
